This series of schools will address all thematic associated to quantum computing and simulation, including sub-universal aspects like superiority and quantum communications, including both hardware and software development, as well as theoretical investigation of the foundations of the quantum advantage.

Around this common framework we propose to organize three specific focuses on

• Near Term Quantum Processors and Simulators (2022 session),
• Quantum Communications and Networking (2024 session) and
• Quantum Computing (2026 session).

The theme of the third session will of course be more focused than a generic school on Quantum Computing, but we expect significant — and difficult to predict —developments in the field until 2026.
